Olavo Multini
Born in São Paulo Brazil, Olavo Multini started painting at an early age encouraged to pursue a career in art.
He attended the College of Arts “ FAAP Armando Alvares Penteado” in São Paulo, Brazil.
He worked as an art director for several companies developing both the advertising and direct marketing areas.
Throughout his career, he received several awards in this field.
After completing his studies, he had the opportunity of working with famous artists in Brazil, Italy and the U.S.
Olavo made an exhibition in Brazil called “Walls” where he created paintings murals inspired by the beauty of historical old houses in Tuscany, Italy.
He has also attended various workshops in Brazil and abroad. One at Penland School in North Carolina, U.S.A. in 1998.
He has just finished a workshop “News Media in the Contemporary Arts” at the Armory Museum in Pasadena, California.
Currently, Olavo lives in California where he’s working on new medias at his studio.
